More new equipment has been added to better serve our customers.

Recently Clow has added 2 new vertical belt sanders to aid in our deburring production area.

We also added 2 nut feeders to our Spot Welders to gain in efficiencies making Clow more competitive.

Recreational Industry. This 11.500X9.000 part is made of .134 thick HRPO (Hot Rolled Pickled Oil) and .074 thick HRPO (Hot Rolled Pickled Oil) materials. The manufacturing operations are 2 blanks & pierce, 2 blanks, deburring, 3 forms, spot weld 3 times, and weld. Approximate tooling charge is $8,500.00 with 1,000 pieces costing approximately $11.50 each.
