We believe that the best tooling, stamping, and machining won't be enough unless every part looks the way you want it.

We have the capability of glass bead blasting, employ a variety of methods to apply a #4 finish on stainless steel, and buff parts to a high luster finish. The difference between an average result and a great one is often the smallest of margins.

That's why we continue to invest in every step of our manufacturing process. We recently upgraded to include vibratory finishing machines with capacities from 1.2 to 23 cubic feet. In addition, we operate wet sanding machines with 37-inch, and 6-inch capacities, as well as a cleaning and rust-prohibitive parts washer.

Outside services such as heat treating, plating, silk screening, and painting are available through suppliers specially selected for their quality, professionalism, economy, and overall value.

Shipping capabilities are rapidly changing to meet our growing demands: ASN (Advance Shipping Notices) and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) are just a few.

Bar code labels, bills of lading and packing slips are all computer generated to eliminate error. Our DC-120 and DC-190 counting scales are calibrated weekly to ensure the most accurate counts.

To ensure proper and timely delivery, we ship with more than 70 carriers and keep detailed computer logs of your special packing and delivery instructions by part number.
