The best tooling relies on two requirements: accurate communication about specifications, and precision engineering. We have invested in the most advanced resources to ensure all requirements are met.

Our CAD capabilities allow you to directly link your computer system with ours for faster communication and increased accuracy in the tooling process. And our tooling equipment represents some of the most sophisticated technology available.

Our electrical discharge machines — or wire EDMs — are accurate to within .0002 of an inch. This allows us to give you a better tool at a lower cost. Our tooling technology also includes a Milltronics Machining Center that combines the simplicity of manual machining with the capability of full CNC control.

Die components and fixtures are built in-house and assembled in our standard universal holder, saving you money. Finally, die components are maintained at our plant at no charge for the life of the part, or until engineering specifications change.

Traditional Metal Fabricating With A Technological Twist.

Think all metal fabricators are pretty much the same? Take a closer look. Our mix of traditional fabricating experience and advanced technology means we provide one of the longest lists of capabilities in the industry.

Our punch presses have capacities ranging from 45 to 400 tons. We are equipped with 60 to 250 ton hydraulic press brakes and power shears. We work with both hand- and coil-feeds, allowing us to choose the most efficient and cost-effective alternatives for your part run.

And, of course, our state-of-the-art, controlled presses ensure precision parts and assemblies. This versatility means we produce anything from a golf divot tool to computer chassis — and everything in between.

Welding

Versatility Makes Everything Come Together.

Our complete welding capabilities include spot welding from 30 KVA to 200 KVA spot welders (with a material thickness of .010 to .250; total thickness to .500 in mild steel).

The 200 KVA spot welder can spot-weld aluminum as well as perform multiple spot-welds on cold-rolled and stainless steel.

Our capabilities also include:

• robotics,
• heli-arc welding of aluminum, stainless, cold-rolled, and medium and high-carbon steels,
• wire feed welding on aluminum, stainless, cold-rolled steel, and cold wire tig,
• oxygen-acetylene metal joining through brazing and silver soldering

Our machining capabilities are enhanced by CNC-controlled machining and turning center used mainly for enhancing tooling and value-added machinery to stamped parts. We also perform counter boring, chamfering, tapping, spot facing, and other services.
