Our 5th Robotic Welder has been installed and in operations 24 hours a day.

Our 3rd Laser is also in operation. It is a 4000 Watt Mitsubishi with a tower system, now we can run lights out on weekends.

Agricultural Industry. This 14 3/4" X 5" part is made of .120 thick HPRO (Hot Rolled Pickled Oiled) material. The Manufacturing operations are blank/pierce, stencil, deburring, 5 forms, and zinc plating. Approximate tooling charge is $3,100.00 with 500 pieces costing approximately $5.40 each.
