Custodian - 2nd shift
Starting Pay Range: $19.25 – $21.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM | Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Clow Stamping Company is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facility and training center. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring sanitation standards are upheld for all employees and guests.
What You’ll Do:

Clean and sanitize restrooms, lunchrooms, and conference rooms

Restock bathroom and lunchroom supplies

Machinist Apprentice
Starting Pay Range: $18.50 – $21.00 per hour.
We’re seeking dedicated individuals to join our Machinist Apprenticeship Program. This hands-on training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel as a Machinist in our innovative manufacturing environment.
As a Machinist Apprentice, you will learn to:
- Set up and operate CNC machining centers, including tapping centers, lathes, and mills.
- Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and In Process Inspection Plans (IPIP).
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Identify and perform machining operations such as drilling, tapping, milling, and turning.
- Make adjustments for tool wear, replace tools as needed, and optimize production efficiency.
This is a evening shift position with hours from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday. Candidates must be available to train on 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM) during the initial training period.
Ideal candidates will be:
- Detail-oriented: Able to inspect parts with precision and ensure quality.
- Mechanically inclined: Skilled in troubleshooting and operating machinery.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work with metal parts using tumblers, sanders, dryers, and other tools to remove sharp edges and create a clean, finished product. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in manufacturing with on-the-job training and room to grow.
We currently have openings on Shift 15 (5:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
What You’ll Do:
- Operate tumblers and dryers to deburr and finish metal parts to quality specifications
- Inspect parts before and after processing to ensure high standards are met
- Weigh, count, and track parts for production using scales and computer systems
- Use the NAV system for inventory, part ordering, and logging production
- Collaborate with forklift drivers and teammates to keep material flow moving smoothly
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6–12 months of relevant experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right candidate!)

Manufacturing Estimator
Starting Pay Range: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Estimator to join our team. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing prospective part RFQs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing accurate cost estimates to ensure competitive and timely quotes for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate feasibility, develop manufacturing requirements, and estimate material, labor, and overhead costs for prospective parts.
- Prepare and deliver competitive, accurate quotes to customers in a timely manner.
- Manage RFQ execution to optimize capture rates, ensure fair prices, and meet margin targets.
- Communicate effectively with sales representatives and customers to understand their requirements and exceed expectations.
- Review new production results against quotes and initiate follow-up actions as needed.
- Utilize company and customer RFQ systems and tools to generate quotes and supporting data.

Required Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the daily operations of shipping, receiving, and warehousing while managing employee schedules, payroll approvals, and time-off requests.
- Standardize shipping procedures and drive continuous process improvement across all shifts.

What You’ll Do:

What are the hours for each shift and do they pay more?
Shift 01: 6 am – 2 pm Monday through Friday
