About the Role
As a Press Operator in our Large Press Department, you’ll be responsible for operating heavy-duty metal punch presses to manufacture precision parts. This hands-on position involves performing tooling setups, loading materials, and ensuring each part meets Clow’s high-quality standards. You’ll work closely with your Lead to strengthen your knowledge of blueprints, shop procedures, and inspection processes while contributing to a safe and efficient production environment.
What You’ll Do

Operate large metal punch presses safely and accurately according to work orders and blueprints.

Perform part inspections at designated intervals to verify quality and dimensional accuracy.

Work with the Lead to gain knowledge of tooling, setup, and blueprint interpretation.

Accurately record job progress and production details in NAV.

Assist in the safe removal of tooling and accessory equipment at the end of production runs.

Clow Stamping Company is looking for a motivated Laser Operator Apprentice to join our Laser Department. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who want to learn a skilled trade and grow their career in manufacturing. You’ll receive hands-on training to operate precision laser cutting machinery, gaining the knowledge and experience needed to become a skilled Laser Operator.
What You’ll Do

Learn to operate laser cutting machines to produce precision parts.

Retrieve raw materials using forklift and crane equipment.

Tool Room Apprentice
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (approximately 3 months)
We’re seeking a Tool Room Apprentice to join our team on 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning the tooling trade while working alongside experienced professionals in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
What You’ll Do

Train with experienced toolmakers to learn the setup and operation of Tool Room equipment, including saws, drill presses, grinders, lathes, and mills.

Shipping Data Support Technician
Starting Pay Range: $20.75 – $22.75 per hour
Schedule: Shift 14 (2:00 PM–12:00 AM, Mon–Thurs)
Clow Stamping Company is looking for a Shipping Data Support Technician to join our shipping team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, strong organization, and supporting the flow of outbound shipments. You’ll coordinate documentation, schedule freight pickups, and assist with data entry and clerical tasks that keep the department running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Assign work orders to packing stations throughout the shift.
- Record and submit Advance Shipment Notifications (ASNs).
- Monitor, revise, and print bills of lading and export paperwork.
- Post and scan finalized bills of lading and warehouse shipments in the ERP system.
- Coordinate pickup times with freight carriers and provide shipment details.
- Support the shipping team with administrative duties as needed.
- Maintain accurate routing and packaging specifications for all customers.
- Occasionally package products according to customer requirements.

Laser Production Assistant
Starting Pay Range: $22.00 – $23.75 per hour
Schedule: Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Clow Stamping Company is growing, and we’re looking for a Laser Production Assistant to join our weekend team. If you like having more days off during the week, working in a clean, climate-controlled environment, and being part of a department that keeps production moving, this could be a great fit.
As part of our Laser Department, you’ll help prepare, inspect, and finish laser-cut parts so our operations run smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect laser-cut parts for burrs, slag, and tabs; remove defects to meet quality standards.
- Clear and maintain laser beds to keep production flowing throughout your shift.
- Use grinders, sanders, and other finishing tools to prep parts for the next stage of manufacturing.
- Keep the Laser/Detab area clean, organized, and ready for the next run.
- Use ERP dispatch and a forklift to gather, move, and store jobs accurately.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6–12 months of relevant experience; familiarity with hand tools is a plus.
- Ability to identify and remove burrs, tabs, and slag.
- Comfortable using grinders, sanders, and finishing tools.

Will I have to work overtime?
Due to the nature of our work and the need to coordinate our working hours with a wide range of vendors, customers and other business partners, changes in work schedules, and work locations, required overtime and travel may be necessary.
