Our History
The Start of a Legacy
Everett Clow was born in Barrett, Minnesota, as the oldest of five children. He graduated with top honors from the West Central School of Agriculture at Morris and later trained in toolmaking at Dunwoody Institute. Everett began his career as a tool-and-die maker at Federal Stamping. His early experiences laid the groundwork for a legacy that would later shape the future of the family business. At age 42, Everett, with his wife Gladyce, started their own metal fabrication business. They purchased a small manufacturing shop with 8 employees, renamed it, and moved it from Bloomington to St. Louis Park, Minnesota, initially serving metro-based customers. Gladyce and Everett’s commitment to the business extended beyond their own efforts; they instilled a strong work ethic and passion for the company in their three children, Ric, Reggie, and Tara (Lynne), who would later become integral to its growth and success.
