Manufacturing Estimator
Starting Pay Range: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Estimator to join our team. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing prospective part RFQs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing accurate cost estimates to ensure competitive and timely quotes for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate feasibility, develop manufacturing requirements, and estimate material, labor, and overhead costs for prospective parts.
- Prepare and deliver competitive, accurate quotes to customers in a timely manner.
- Manage RFQ execution to optimize capture rates, ensure fair prices, and meet margin targets.
- Communicate effectively with sales representatives and customers to understand their requirements and exceed expectations.
- Review new production results against quotes and initiate follow-up actions as needed.
- Utilize company and customer RFQ systems and tools to generate quotes and supporting data.
- Support business development by recommending new production capabilities and collaborating with customers to identify new part opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in industrial technology, engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of estimating experience in a manufacturing environment (metal fabrication experience is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, advanced estimating software, CAD, and ERP applications.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Shipping Manager
Starting Salary Range: $86,000-$105,000

We’re looking for a Shipping Manager who’s ready to take our shipping and distribution operations to the next level. You’ll manage daily execution and long-term planning—overseeing people, processes, and a growing fleet of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) that keep our operation moving efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the daily operations of shipping, receiving, and warehousing while managing employee schedules, payroll approvals, and time-off requests.
- Standardize shipping procedures and drive continuous process improvement across all shifts.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), ensuring they support workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Purchasing, Quality, HR, IT, Customer Support, and other departments to align shipping activities with business objectives.
- Create and manage all required shipping documentation, including commercial invoices and portal entries for customer shipments.
- Analyze key operational metrics and generate actionable reports to support decision-making.
- Investigate shipping errors, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely procurement of returnable containers and consumables.
- Promote and enforce safety policies and company procedures across the department.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations, including 5+ years in a management or supervisory role.
- Proven success in standardizing workflows, analyzing data, and leading cross-functional improvements.
- Experience managing or working alongside warehouse automation/AMRs is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Post-secondary education or certifications in logistics, supply chain, or related fields are a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate warehouse and office environments.

What are the hours for each shift and do they pay more?
Shift 01: 6 am – 2 pm Monday through Friday
Shift 02: 2 pm – 10 pm Monday through Friday
Shift 03: 10 pm – 6 am Sunday through Thursday
Shift 11: 6 am – 4 pm Monday through Thursday
Shift 13: 4 am – 2 pm Monday through Thursday
Shift 14: 2 pm – 12 am Monday through Thursday
Shift 15: 5 am – 3 pm Monday through Thursday
Shift 16: 3pm – 1am Monday through Thursday
Shift 21: 6 am – 6 pm Friday through Sunday
Shift premiums are assigned based on the work schedule.
Will I have to work overtime?
Due to the nature of our work and the need to coordinate our working hours with a wide range of vendors, customers and other business partners, changes in work schedules, and work locations, required overtime and travel may be necessary.
