Shipping Supervisor
Schedule:
This position primarily works afternoon shifts with some flexibility, but the schedule must include at least one day on either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday each week.
Pay: $58,011 – $60,000 per year.
Clow Stamping Company is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to oversee and manage shipping operations during the afternoon and weekend shifts. This position ensures that orders are accurately packaged and shipped on time to maintain maximum customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can effectively coach and develop employees, manage workflow, and drive continuous improvement in shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks to packing stations based on order schedules and priorities.
- Train, coach, and develop employees.
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone inquiries from internal and external sources.
- Investigate and resolve shipping errors and packing discrepancies.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, working closely with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-7 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, or leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

Clow Stamping Company is seeking a Shipping Clerk to assist with packing parts and processing outgoing shipments. This role is crucial in ensuring products are packaged, labeled, and shipped according to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package products according to customer requirements.
- Weigh and count products using scales to ensure accuracy.
- Input shipment details into the ERP system and print necessary shipping documents.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Wrap and band palletized containers to prevent movement during transport.
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines to ensure shipments meet customer expectations.

Shear Operator - Various Shifts Available
Starting pay: $18.00 – $22.96 per hour
Clow Stamping Company is looking for a Shear Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for cutting metal sheets to precise specifications while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality. Operators also handle raw materials using overhead cranes and forklifts, maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, adjust, and operate shear machines to cut metal sheets per job card specifications.
- Monitor cutting processes for accuracy and inspect finished pieces for quality.
- Use forklifts and overhead cranes to load, unload, move, and stage materials.
- Maintain accurate weights and counts for inventory tracking.
- Keep the work area clean and organized while following all safety procedures.

- Work with the lead or assigned trainer to acquire fundamental spot welding and assembly knowledge.
- Gain on-the-job knowledge and experience in the setup and configuration processes for spot-welding and assembly jobs.
- Operate spot welding and assembly machines to attach hardware to parts according to production order specifications.

What are the hours for each shift and do they pay more?
Shift 01: 6 am – 2 pm Monday through Friday
Shift 02: 2 pm – 10 pm Monday through Friday
Shift 03: 10 pm – 6 am Sunday through Thursday
Shift 11: 6 am – 4 pm Monday through Thursday

Will I have to work overtime?
Due to the nature of our work and the need to coordinate our working hours with a wide range of vendors, customers and other business partners, changes in work schedules, and work locations, required overtime and travel may be necessary.
